Hwange High Court Official Opening

ATH had the opportunity to witness the official opening of the Office of the Master of the High Court of Zimbabwe in Hwange.

This was a reminder of the role the High Court system plays in upholding justice and safeguarding community rights. The Office of the Master of the High Court handles critical matters such as inheritance, estates, guardianship and the protection of vulnerable groups.

Tourism is not just about landscapes and wildlife - it is also about the people and communities who share these spaces. Conservation and community development must go hand in hand with legal protection and good governance. As ATH develops, we remain dedicated to expanding our collaborations with institutions like the High Court. We aim to understand and abide by the legal processes that shape community welfare and land use in the Hwange region. These partnerships ensure that Hwange’s wildlife, water, culture and people are preserved for generations to come.
