As the lush green of the wet season begins to settle and Hwange prepares for the busier months ahead, April’s clean-up is about polishing our presentation. With the final rains clearing, this month we focus on the "first impressions" of our town and park boundaries, ensuring that the gateway to our wilderness remains as pristine as the ivory and teak forests themselves.
For this April session, we are prioritising the removal of seasonal overgrowth and accumulated litter along the main access routes and community hubs. It is our chance to "spring clean" the region, maintaining the high standards of environmental stewardship that define the Hwange experience for residents and visitors alike.
